| Who should attend? | The 1-day (foundation)
seminar is designed primarily for Tribal Council members. The 2-day
(intermediate/advanced) seminar/workshop is designed for those who
work in the administration, accounting, finance areas, and program
managers. |
| What to bring? | Hand calculator and laptop
computer (if possible), current OMB A-133 Financial Statements and
Single Audit reports; last 2 years negotiated indirect cost rates,
with Attachments 1 & 2 and related offer letters from the
OIG/NBC, including exhibits, for the same 2 year period. |
Consultation
The seminar hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. The instructor, Bruce Johnson, will be available after 5:00 p.m. each day for problem solving and consultation.
As these are participative sessions, attendees should bring a calculator, laptop computer, and material related to their situation for actual class examples.

Workshop Setting
Seminars are held in a public session at a
convenient city location. As an alternative, the seminar can be offered
on-site on a date and at a place of your choice, with reduced training costs
and no travel or per diem expenses for the participants. All seminars are
presented in an informal workshop setting conducive to the productive
exchange of information.
